Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026· Truman

This policy explains what information the Truman dashboard collects, how it is used, and the choices available to your agency.

1. Information we handle

Account information: your name, email, and role, provided when your administrator invites you.

Agency records: the policy, production, client, and team data your agency enters or imports, plus data synced from connected carrier sessions.

Usage information: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide the dashboard's features — attributing production, surfacing performance and follow-ups, and keeping your book of business current. It is not sold.

3. Sensitive identifiers

Sensitive client identifiers are stored separately from general records and are access-controlled. Agency data is isolated per agency and scoped to the people authorized to see it.

4. Data retention and access

Agency data is retained while your account is active. Your agency administrator can manage members and access. Requests to export or delete data should be directed to your administrator.

5. Contact

For privacy questions, contact your agency administrator.
