Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Truman agency dashboard. By signing in and using the product, your agency agrees to the terms below.
1. Your account
Access is granted by your agency administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts are provisioned by invitation. Do not share your login or attempt to access data outside the agency you were invited to.
2. Acceptable use
Use the dashboard only for legitimate agency operations — managing policies, production, and team performance. Do not use it to store data unrelated to your book of business, or to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
3. Your data
Policy, production, and client records you enter or import remain your agency's data. Truman processes it to operate the dashboard on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the product.
